Three Mobile was ready to reposition itself in a crowded telecoms market, shifting from a value-driven challenger to a brand that championed real-life connection and everyday optimism. The existing identity lacked warmth and relevance, and the business needed a system that could flex across everything from apps to out-of-home while still feeling human and distinctive.

Working alongside Creative Director Shaun Turnbull and collaborating with Wieden+Kennedy on creative campaign assets, I was part of the team that refreshed and redefined the brand. We built a new, expressive visual system, refined the iconic "3" logo, and rolled out brand guidelines that brought consistency and clarity across all channels. From brand guardianship to asset creation, I helped ensure the new identity stayed true to its purpose, energetic, optimistic, and made for the real world.
